Trade Settlements Manager

Role Summary:

The Trade Settlements Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of trade settlement activities across portfolios and funds. The role safeguards operational integrity by overseeing daily settlement processes, ensuring high‑quality transaction processing and reporting, and supporting the Head of Operations – Settlements and Transfer Agency as required. Through strong execution discipline, risk management, and people leadership, the role contributes to client confidence, regulatory compliance, and cost‑efficient operational scale aligned with ATRAM Group objectives.

What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:

Trade Settlement Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensures all trade settlement activities are executed accurately and within prescribed timelines, minimizing errors, failed trades, and operational losses.

Transaction Processing & Reporting Excellence: Delivers timely, accurate processing of trade transactions and high‑quality client and regulatory reports that meet data quality, compliance, and service standards.

Team Performance & Operational Alignment: Strengthens team capability and performance by supporting people management, effective delegation, and workflow coordination aligned with ATRAM Group goals and efficiency targets.
