About the Position:
HOLY is growing fast and has shaken up the retail business, already creating waves and being stocked in the biggest supermarkets across Germany. As we scale our presence in retail, we need strong operational support to ensure flawless campaign execution and coordination across teams.

In this role as a Trade Marketing Intern alongside Marina, Maarten, and Anita, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of retail campaigns, displays, and promotions. You'll help create transparency, maintain timelines, and ensure smooth collaboration across Sales, Design, Supply Chain, and Field Sales teams—contributing directly to HOLY's commercial success in retail.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Trade Marketing Execution
Support the planning and rollout of retail campaigns, displays, and promotions, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and execution milestones are met across multiple customers and channels.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects
Work closely with Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Field, and external partners to align assets, quantities, and deadlines, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign management.
• Manage Project Tracking & Structure
Maintain launch grids, stage-gate trackers, and timelines to create transparency, identify risks early, and support on-time go-lives.
• Support Performance Tracking & Learnings
Assist in collecting and structuring basic performance data, documenting campaign outcomes, and preparing summaries to support continuous improvement.
• Grow into Ownership & Responsibility
Gradually take on more responsibility for defined projects and workstreams, building a strong foundation in trade marketing, project management, and retail execution within a fast-growing consumer brand.


About You:
• Fluency in both German and English is a MUST.
• Structured and organized mindset: Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders while keeping a clear overview and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills: Comfortable coordinating with different teams and clearly following up on actions and timelines, especially via Slack.
• Hands-on and proactive attitude: Takes initiative, supports where needed, and actively contributes to getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency: Confident using digital tools such as Canva for basic asset handling, Notion for documentation and organization, and Slack for daily collaboration.
• Analytical curiosity: Interested in understanding numbers, performance data, and campaign results, and able to structure insights clearly.
• Fast learner with interest in marketing and retail: Motivated to learn about trade marketing, shopper behavior, and in-store execution within a consumer brand.

The Process:
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

• Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
• Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple.
• Leadership Interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders or upper managers. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
• Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you!
