Job Description

•  

负责项目的计划、成本、资源、任务、风险等管理；

负责协调工程团队(系统、软件、测试等)针对交付物进行需求分析、设计、研发、测试、验证以及交付、升级迭代等；

负责智驾系统/智能座舱/融合座舱系统模块(如网关，T-box)的跨部门、跨公司的协调；比如接口定义、交付定义、定期状态跟踪以及联合调试等；

负责安排智驾系统/智能座舱/融合座舱系统的各阶段的功能以及性能验收；

负责组织定期的项目工程团队会议，梳理进度，协调资源，解决问题以及冲突，确保交付的成功；

负责定期的内外部项目状态的汇报；

负责参与智驾系统/智能座舱/融合座舱系统平台化的系统方案制定和评审，确保技术方案的可落地和可交付；

负责基于行业内智驾系统/智能座舱/融合座舱发展趋势，参与平台化新功能技术方案讨论、设计与开发，推动技术创新和产品升级；

计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、自动化、车联工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；

5年以上车载领域项目管理相关经验，优先考虑跨域的项目开发经验；

熟悉项目管理的流程、方式方法以及工具；

突出的沟通理解能力，跨部门协调能力，学习能力以及汇报总结能力；

具备强的执行力，有大局观且能注重细节，思路逻辑清晰；

具备强的抗压能力，高逆商，以及较强的自我反思能力；

能适应客户端的长时间出差和驻场的要求；

具备良好的市场洞察能力、逻辑分析能力；

具有智驾领域、智能座舱或融合座舱领域相关开发或管理经验者优先；

具有PMP、ACP相关证书优先；

熟练的英语书面以及口语能力
