TPM Maintenance Engineer/TPM维修工程师_MA

Responsible for the maintenance of production machines, the implementation of TPM system and the promotion of CIP projects. Through equipment reliability management, lean production optimization, and cross departmental collaboration, aim to improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE), reduce operating costs, and carry out continuous improvement work to promote the establishment of a culture of continuous improvement in the department.

负责生产设备维修，全员生产维护（TPM）体系落地与持续改进（CIP）项目推进，通过设备可靠性管理、精益生产优化及跨部门协同，提升设备综合效率（OEE）、降低运营成本，做好持续改进工作，推动部门持续改进文化的建立。

1. Develop and implement TPM plans for production line equipment (self maintenance, scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance).

制定并执行生产线设备的TPM计划（自主维护、计划维护、预防性维护）。

2. Develop equipment inspection checklist, lubrication standards, and maintenance operation instructions (WI) to ensure standardized implementation.

编制设备点检表、润滑标准、维护作业指导书（WI），确保标准化落地。

3. Participate in new equipment acceptance (FAT/SAT) to ensure compliance with TPM maintainability design requirements.

参与新设备验收（FAT/SAT），确保符合TPM可维护性设计要求。

4. Identify equipment losses and lead improvements through OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) analysis.

通过OEE（设备综合效率）分析，识别设备损失，并主导改进。

5. Carry out E-FMEA (Failure Mode Analysis) and reliability improvement projects for key equipment.

针对关键设备开展E-FMEA（故障模式分析）和可靠性提升项目。

6. Train production operators to master basic autonomous maintenance (AM) skills such as cleaning, inspection, and simple troubleshooting.

培训生产操作人员掌握基础自主维护（AM）技能（如清洁、点检、简单故障处理）。

7. Collaborate with maintenance teams and production teams to establish a rapid response mechanism (such as Andon system linkage).

与维修团队、生产班组协作，建立快速响应机制（如Andon系统联动）。

8. Promote the digitization of TPM, support real-time monitoring and improve analysis.

推进TPM的数字化，支持实时监控和改善分析。

9. Participate in CIP projects on the production line, use lean tools to identify bottleneck processes and drive improvements, track improvement effects, and quantify indicators.

参与生产线的CIP项目，运用精益工具识别瓶颈工序并推动改善，跟踪改进效果，量化指标。

10. Organize TPM improvement proposal activities, motivate frontline employees to participate, regularly share TPM/CIP cases, and promote the implementation of TPM and CIP culture.

组织TPM改善提案活动，激励一线员工参与，定期分享TPM/CIP案例，推动TPM及CIP文化落地。

11. Other tasks assigned by the department.

Education学历

大专及以上学历，机械/电气/自动化相关专业。

Working Experience         

工作经验

3年以上制造业TPM或精益生产经验。

Knowledge/Skills/Training:

知识/技能/培训认证

精通TPM八大支柱及OEE管理，熟悉FMEA、5Why等工具。

出色的跨部门沟通与项目推动能力。

Language: 外语
