NOW HIRING: Tow Truck Operator - Mission Motors of Wawa is seeking a reliable and motivated Tow Truck Operator to join our team. This role involves providing roadside assistance, towing services, and ensuring safe transport of vehicles while delivering excellent customer service.

Location: 61 Mission Rd, Wawa ON
Compensation: $50 per day on-call Compensation + 25% of Gross Tow Revenue
Schedule: On-Call Schedule is required
What You Will Be Doing:
Perform roadside services including lockouts, accident recovery, and towing of disabled vehicles
Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
Respond promptly and professionally to service calls
Maintain tow trucks and perform minor repairs as needed
Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good condition
Complete accurate paperwork and maintain service logs
Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
What You Bring to the Table:
Valid Ontario driver’s license
Valid Ontario Tow License or willingness to obtain one
Strong mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn
Ability to pass a criminal background check (required for OPP and contract work)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to work long hours and be on-call
Tow truck experience is an asset, but training is available
Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act (TSSEA)
Proficiency in load securement
