ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
In this role, you will empower the organization to move from reactive fixing to proactive improvement. You will architect the systems that make quality data transparent and accessible in real-time, validate and optimize our automated inspection systems on the shop floor. Simultaneously, you will lead the 'human side' of quality by organizing Kaizen events and driving cultural programs that make quality everyone’s responsibility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop interactive dashboards and conduct diagnostic analysis to visualize real-time Quality KPIs (NCR, CCR, COPQ, TTC and Cost of Quality), drive root cause resolution, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Involve in auto-inspection projects by making sure success criteria, validation protocol, risk assessment, quality documentation and readiness checklist are sufficient and following through all stages of the validation process.
• Facilitate Kaizen contests to drive bottom-up innovation, recognize employee efficiency contributions, benchmark Quality Culture maturity to track progress and guide 16 Total Quality strategies.
 
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
• Bachelor or College degree in Data Analytics, Automation, Statistics, Maths, Business, or a related field.
• Familiar with printing technologies.
• Proven experience in data analytics, process automation or work process improvement.
• Having a good sense of data and quality.
• A meticulous and careful work style, while still ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly creative.
• Willingness to travel to support multiple sites for both operation and improvement initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experienced in the printing industry.
• Familiarity with Apps Script, API, Big Query, API, Data Modeling, Looker Studio and Statistics.
• Experienced in quality, project, production, continuous improvement, problem solving and establishing and enhancing corporate culture.
