NET CHECK is headquartered in Berlin and is part of the NC GROUP, an owner-managed group of companies with a total of over 180 employees at five locations in Germany and one in Belgrade, Serbia. To further support our dynamic team, we are currently, seeking a Tools Support Coordinator.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate is flexible, has a valid driver's license, and is proficient in both German and English, with a strong technical interest in smart phones (Android), computers, and electronics. This position demands high-quality work standards and requires time flexibility.

Responsibilities:
• Commissioning, acceptance, and installation of SwissQual and Rohde & Schwarz measurement systems.
• Providing first-level support to our measurement technicians.
• Acquiring measurement data for test purposes, with occasional travel abroad.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to find root causes and workarounds
• Supporting fleet management
• Managing resources, including equipment and SIM cards.
• Installing and maintaining navigation systems and their associated map materials.

Your profile:
• Strong technical interest and understanding of Android mobile phones, computers, and electronics.
• Flexible with time and dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
• Possession of a valid car driver's license.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Completed training in communications engineering, telecommunications, or a related field (e.g., electronics, computer science, electrical engineering) is a plus.
• Confident in using Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
