Job Description

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Own Maintenance & Reliability set-up and performance for the site assets (approx. 40 CNC machines, welding robots and supporting equipment such as compressors and forklifts).

• Build and run the maintenance system: asset criticality, PM standards, weekly planning/scheduling, condition overview, spare parts governance; shift from reactive to planned work.

• Deploy TPM with Production (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Training/Skills, Early Equipment Management) and embed audits and standard work.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Internal: Production, Work Preparation, Controlling, IT/Digital (SAP/MES), Facility Management (interfaces).
• External: OEMs, integrators, service providers, spare parts suppliers, other GEA sites.
