The Tool Technician I follows the SOP procedures outlined by Sika Automotive.  Repair, modify and maintain tools to conform to CAD tool layout drawings. 
• Maintain current tools through cleaning and repairing
• Process proper documentation to order re-rule and replacement/additional tooling.
• Install new rule
• Labeling of tools to specifications
• Test new tools for conformity to CAD drawing & specifications
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment
• Performs other duties as necessary
• High school diploma
• 1 Year Manufacturing experience
• Mathematical skills, basic quality knowledge, basic computer skills, basic print reading, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
