Tool Integration Analyst

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Tool Integration Analyst (Level 3) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) team in Renton, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
• Provides visibility to management and customers
• Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds
• Provides status and visibility on comprehensive multi-tiered tool plans for organization, enterprise and business unit Tooling projects
• Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing tool projects and serves as liaison between the tooling teams, finance, planning, scheduling and management
• Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures
• Processes, writes and validates tooling product orders
• Oversees compliance to the tool order and the drawing release process
• Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/or Tooling processes
• 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• 3 + years using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of the products, processes, materials and systems
• Proficient working within the Tooling Value Stream
• Experience with ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log, CTMA, SAT, CMES, CTDM, and REDARS systems
• Continuous improvement experience

Summary Pay Range: $95,400 - $116,600
