Token Utility Expert owns the strategy and execution around driving meaningful utility for tokens across the SVH ecosystem and our incubated ventures.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement token utility frameworks that align with long-term ecosystem value and user engagement.

Collaborate with Product, BD, and Tokenomics teams to design features that enhance token usage across protocols and applications.

Work closely with incubated projects to craft tailored token use-cases, both on-chain and off-chain.

Monitor adoption metrics and refine strategies based on data, market trends and user behavior.

Contribute to token economy modeling, incentive design and value accrual strategies.

Ensure regulatory alignment in the design and evolution of token utilities.

Stay ahead of trends across Web3, DeFi, GameFi and SocialFi to inspire innovative utility pathways.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of token design, incentive structures and real-world utility case studies.

3–5 years experience in token utility, tokenomics or product roles in Web3 environments.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to translate on-chain/off-chain insights into strategic actions.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with remote, async teams.
