• Business and technical knowledge of Tivoli 7.1 product suite(5- 7 years)
• Deployment, configuration and support of TSRM, CCMDB, TADDM and Maximo for Service Provider
• Understanding of Maximo and integration touch points with TADDM
• Strong exposure in TSRM, CCMDB, TADDM and Maximo for Service Provider
• Understanding and good exposure in java and j2ee
• Maximo table structure, schemas and relationships, TADDM Installation & DB Configuration on any platform
• Developing applications using Maximo Application designer
• Understanding of IBM Websphere application server and Db2/SQL/Oracle
• Ability to do Topology discovery and mapping, Application dependency creations and CI classifications
• Understanding of ITIC to export CI’s to CCMDB
• Understanding of architecture of these products and integration points
• Should be aware of Auto discovery concepts and applications dependency
• Should have good understanding of ITIL and CI's
• Knowledge of multi-tiered IT architectures using multiple Windows and Unix operating systems, middleware and database components, and large host-based systems
• Demonstrable understanding of enterprise-level IT operations & security concepts, methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
