Are you ready to fast-track your career? We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.00 with substantial growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
• Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
• In 6-Months: $17.00+ per hour
• In 12-Months: $18.00+ per hour (+12% annual increase)
The Document Specialist, Titles oversees the management of incoming and outgoing documents related to the purchase and/or sale of a vehicle, which includes receiving, sorting, and scanning.
Additionally, you will distribute documents to the appropriate teams or individuals to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. As a Document Specialist, you must be able to work both independently and as a team to solve problems.
What you’ll be doing
• Complete routine tasks in an efficient, step-by-step manner, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
• Maintains and files documents and folders in a neat and organized fashion that is easily retrievable
• Scan documents and ensure they are routed to the appropriate teams within set timelines for efficient processing.
• Accurately pulls files for registration and other title teams for processing
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail by being able to sort documents in numerical order with accuracy
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all our systems (Carma, Accutrac, FedEx, etc)
• Other duties as assigned
What we require:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of work experience in an administrative capacity
• Be a high energy, forward-thinking self-starter.
