We are looking for:
Time Management Functional Lead
Your future role:
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure these needs are met throughout the project lifecycle,
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to develop and deliver effective functional solutions based on cloud‑based timesheet products and systems,
• Leverage strong problem‑solving skills to support new implementation projects and existing clients, ensuring seamless system integration and optimal usage,
• Gather, refine and document business requirements, coordinate across teams, and provide functional expertise to deliver value‑driven outcomes,
• Participate in functional design, testing support, and continuous improvement activities in dynamic project environments.
Apply if you have:
• Minimum High School Diploma,
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT system/software development and project management processes,
• Exposure to team management software systems, cloud‑based finance systems or cloud‑based ERP systems,
• Ability to analyse business value, document precise requirements, and present them in a concise and structured manner,
• Experience conducting requirements elicitation sessions, performing Fit/Gap analyses, supporting testing activities, and producing project deliverables,
• Experience working with vendor SOWs, acceptance criteria, and quality validation of vendor deliverables,
Nice to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis or Management Information Systems,
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification,
• Hands‑on experience with Replicon / timesheet management software,
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum),
• Experience working on software development, SaaS, Cloud or infrastructure projects,
• Familiarity with new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Ability to model business processes, assess impacts of new solutions and support approach definition for delivering business value.
