Od septembra 2025. godine, Automotiv sektor u okviru Continental grupe, nastavlja poslovanje kao nezavisna kompanija AUMOVIO.

• Podrška u organizaciji sastanaka, obuka, poslovnih putovanja i internih događaja
• Praćenje rokova i realizacije dogovorenih aktivnosti
• Vođenje i ažuriranje administrativne dokumentacije i evidencija (npr. satnice)
• Priprema i distribucija izveštaja ka menadžmentu, HR i finansijama
• Administrativna podrška novozaposlenima (dokumentacija, pristupi, nalozi)
• Priprema zahteva za nabavku i obrada faktura
• Priprema dopisa, izveštaja i interne/eksterne komunikacije
• Učešće u integraciji novih zaposlenih

• Student završnih godina ili master studija (ekonomija, menadžment ili srodno)
• Odlično poznavanje MS Office paketa
• Napredno znanje engleskog jezika
• Razvijene organizacione i komunikacione veštine
• Preciznost, odgovornost i proaktivnost
