TikTok Shop UGC Manager

On TikTok Shop, volume is the lever that drives real growth. While many brands focus on brand guidelines, the top performers test thousands of creators, identify the small percentage that convert, and scale them aggressively.

This role is responsible for overseeing a high-velocity UGC creator engine for a rapidly growing DTC brand generating $1M+ per day in revenue. The focus is building and managing systems that allow thousands of creators to produce content at scale.

We’re looking for a systems-oriented operator who views creator marketing as a performance engine and knows how to turn scale into a competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

Creator Engine & Volume Management

• Oversee a creator ecosystem producing 3,000–5,000 videos per week
• Ensure consistent creator outreach volume to maintain a steady pipeline of new talent
• Manage the full lifecycle from product sent → video live → performance tracking

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of 15+ outreach specialists
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency across creator onboarding and activation
• Optimize team productivity and output through scalable systems and SOPs

Creator Performance Optimization

• Work with creative strategists to analyze high-performing content
• Provide actionable feedback to creators to improve future performance
• Increase conversion rates and overall content effectiveness

Market Expansion

• Adapt creator outreach and messaging for European and UK markets
• Localize product positioning to align with regional trends and terminology

Content Supply for Paid Media

• Deliver a consistent pipeline of high-performing organic assets
• Support media buyers launching 20,000+ ad variations per week

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships
• Proven experience scaling TikTok Shop or high-growth DTC creator programs
• Comfortable operating in high-volume environments managing thousands of creators
• Strong systems thinker able to build SOPs, frameworks, and scalable processes
• Experience with creator and affiliate platforms such as Euka, Influencer Hero, or similar tools
• Highly growth-driven and performance-focused

Bonus Experience

• Experience working within a high-growth DTC brand generating $50M+ annually
• Direct experience working within a dedicated TikTok Shop growth team
• Background in performance-first creator or affiliate organizations
