TikTok Shop & Social Commerce (Sales Led) Manager

Reports to: Senior Director of Digital and Ecommerce

Location: NYHQ (Monday-Thursday in office)

Compensation: $90,000.00-$125,000.00

Role Overview

Bubble is building the future of mass skincare through community, clinical credibility, and culture. TikTok Shop is a critical next growth engine for us, and we are hiring a manager to own, build, and scale TikTok Shop as a true revenue channel.

This is a sales-led role. It is not a content-only or community-only position.

You will own TikTok Shop GMV end-to-end, turning creators into sellers, content into conversion, and TikTok into one of Bubble’s most meaningful ecommerce growth drivers. This role sits within Ecommerce and is accountable for performance, forecasting, and repeatable scale.

We are looking for someone who has already proven they can make TikTok Shop work at volume and wants to do it bigger, faster, and better.

1. Revenue & GMV Ownership

• Own TikTok Shop GMV, growth targets, and weekly/monthly forecasting.

• Build and execute a clear roadmap to scale TikTok Shop into a top-tier ecommerce channel.

• Operate TikTok Shop with a true P&L mindset, balancing growth, margin, and efficiency.

• Identify and activate the levers that actually drive sales: creators, affiliates, lives, bundles, pricing, promotions, and paid amplification.

• Move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works.

2. Creator & Affiliate Commerce Engine

• Build and scale a high-performing TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem.

• Recruit, onboard, brief, and manage creators with a clear focus on sales performance.

• Segment creators by performance and ROI, doubling down on top converters.

• Design commission structures, incentives, and launch mechanics that drive repeat selling.

• Create systems, playbooks, and processes to make creator commerce repeatable—not reliant on one-off virality.

3. Live Shopping & Conversion Moments

• Own Bubble’s TikTok Live Shopping strategy and execution cadence.

• Identify winning hosts, formats, scripts, and offers that consistently convert.

• Lead lives tied to launches, hero SKUs, and key promotional moments.

• Analyze live performance and continuously optimize for conversion and GMV lift.

4. Merchandising, Offers & Conversion Strategy

• Own TikTok Shop merchandising, including SKU prioritization and hero strategy.

• Develop TikTok-exclusive bundles, drops, and promotional mechanics.

• Optimize PDPs, hooks, social proof, creator content, and overall shop experience.

• Partner closely with Ecommerce, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory readiness and smooth execution.

5. Paid Amplification & Growth Levers

• Partner with Performance Marketing to selectively amplify high-converting creator content.

• Understand when paid media accelerates TikTok Shop momentum—and when it doesn’t.

• Ensure spend decisions are tightly tied to GMV, conversion, and efficiency.

6. Data, Analytics & Optimization

• Own dashboards and KPIs across GMV, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, creator ROI, and repeat purchase.

• Run structured test-and-learn cycles across content, creators, offers, and live formats.

• Translate insights into clear actions, priorities, and growth opportunities.

• Report performance and learnings to leadership with clarity, rigor, and accountability.

7. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work in lockstep with Ecommerce while collaborating daily with Social, Influencer, Growth, and Operations.

• Ensure TikTok Shop launches and promotions are operationally tight and commercially sound.

• Bring urgency, ownership, and commercial discipline to one of Bubble’s fastest-growing channels.

• Clear and consistent GMV growth with strong creator-driven ROI

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in ecommerce, social commerce, or performance-driven growth roles

• Direct, hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop revenue (non-negotiable)

• Proven track record owning sales numbers, not just content or community

• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop seller tools, affiliates, lives, and analytics

• Strong commercial instincts and comfort with accountability

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is a plus

• Thrives in fast-paced, in-office, high-ownership environments
