Responsibilities

This role is based in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sellers acquisition strategies to onboard new sellers and achieve sellers' business cooperation with TikTok Shop.
Determine the priority of cooperation with sellers through the judgement of sellers' conditions and willingnesses.
Master the processes for sellers' cooperation and improve efficiency.
Seller Management:
Communicate and negotiate with sellers to maintain relationships and gain better investment.
Manage sellers about shop operation, creator marketing, stock, fulfillment, after-sales, etc to ensure sellers' stable sales.
Enhance cross-functional collaboration to drive the sellers' growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in business development/ sales/ operation-related positions.
Possess good judgement and independent thinking ability, and be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
Have excellent expression and communication skills, master negotiation skills.
High-level fluency in Spanish and English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, cross functions, and stakeholders.

Have Electronics industry seller connections and industry understanding
