Key Responsibilities:
• Shop Maintenance:
• Keep TikTok Shop updated with the latest products, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and comply with platform guidelines.
• Performance Optimization:
• Implement strategies to maximize product visibility, sales, and overall return on investment (ROI).
• Use data analytics tools to monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• A/B test creatives, offers, and strategies to find optimal selling tactics.
• Content and Campaign Coordination:
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging product videos, descriptions, and imagery tailored for TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
• Customer Experience Management:
• Monitor and address customer inquiries and reviews on TikTok Shops promptly.
• Ensure seamless integration with customer service channels to enhance buyer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Platform Relationships:
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with platform representatives for support and insights.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing shop performance, revenue metrics, and campaign outcomes.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve shop performance.
