We’re looking for a TikTok Shop & Live Commerce Manager to own and scale TikTok Shop into a major revenue-driving channel for a haircare company.
This role sits at the intersection of creators, content, live shopping, and performance media, turning TikTok-native trends into real-time commerce. You’ll build a seamless TikTok commerce engine—moving fast, iterating constantly, and staying deeply connected to the TikTok ecosystem.
Key Outcomes (KPIs)
• TikTok Shop GMV: Grow gross merchandise volume by 20% month-over-month for the first 6 months
• Conversion Rate: Increase TikTok Shop conversion rate to 4.5%+ within 90 days
• Creator & Affiliate Network:
• Onboard and activate 200+ creators/affiliates within 3 months
• At least 30% actively generating sales
• Live Shopping Revenue:
• Execute 8+ TikTok Live shopping events per month
• Lives to drive 15% of monthly TikTok Shop GMV
• Trend-to-Commerce Speed:
• Launch 3+ shoppable assets per week based on trends
• Execute within 72 hours of trend identification
• Spark Ads Performance: Achieve 2.5x ROAS on TikTok Spark Ads by month 3
• Repeat Purchase Rate: Increase TikTok Shop repeat purchase rate to 25% within 6 months
What You’ll Do
• Own TikTok Shop strategy and execution end-to-end
• Build and manage a high-performing creator and affiliate ecosystem
• Launch, run, and optimize TikTok Live shopping events
• Translate trends, audio, and creator insights into shoppable content fast
• Partner with Growth and Paid Media teams on Spark Ads strategy and scaling
• Optimize PDPs, offers, bundles, and fulfillment flow to improve conversion
• Track performance daily and iterate based on data, not opinions

• Creator Operations Management: Experience scaling creator programs, managing briefs, and tracking performance
• Content Strategy & Merchandising: Strong instinct for product bundling, offers, and conversion-focused storytelling
• Commerce Execution: Familiarity with PDP optimization, fulfillment workflows, and operational levers that impact sales
• Live Production Know-How: Hands-on experience running, directing, or optimizing TikTok Lives for revenue
