What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of TikTok growth from end to end — someone who understands not only content, but also the business side of TikTok Shop including GMV scaling, affiliate systems, ads performance, compliance, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale multiple TikTok Shop brands/accounts
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on GMV and profitability
• Handle TikTok Shop operations, product uploads, category management, and account health
• Research, optimize, and manage product listings for higher conversion rates
• Ensure listing and account compliance according to TikTok Shop policies and guidelines
• Manage and optimize affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and outreach campaigns
• Identify and recruit high-performing creators and affiliates
• Analyze creator performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with media buying team on Spark Ads, GMV Max, and scaling strategies
• Monitor TikTok analytics, trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Improve product positioning, hooks, thumbnails, titles, and conversion-focused content strategy
• Coordinate with content, design, operations, and marketing teams to align brand growth initiatives
• Troubleshoot account issues, violations, suppression risks, and operational challenges

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok eCommerce brands
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem and platform algorithms
• Proven experience scaling GMV through organic, affiliate, and paid strategies
• Deep knowledge of TikTok affiliate program and creator management
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Spark Ads, and GMV campaigns
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop compliance and policy requirements
• Experience optimizing listings for conversion and visibility
• Ability to analyze data, performance metrics, and scaling opportunities
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
