TikTok-first Content Creator - US

Vilgain is looking for a TikTok-first Content Creator to help build our presence in the US from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who understands how health and wellness content should feel on TikTok - native, engaging, visually sharp, and easy to consume. This role is about turning product benefits, ingredients, and nutrition topics into content people actually want to watch.

TikTok will be the priority platform, with Instagram as a secondary channel. You’ll be responsible for creating social-first content end to end - from idea and concept through filming, editing, and publishing. You should be highly fluent in TikTok culture, formats, pacing, and storytelling, while still being able to keep content aligned with Vilgain’s voice and standards.

What you’ll do

• Own content creation for TikTok as the main platform, with Instagram as a secondary channel

• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content designed to perform on TikTok

• Create formats such as talking-head videos, voiceovers, educational explainers, product-led content, and street-style interviews

• Translate product benefits, ingredient stories, and nutrition topics into clear, engaging, easy-to-understand content

• Stay on top of TikTok trends, behaviors, editing styles, and storytelling formats, while making sure content still feels true to the brand

• Work closely with the marketing team on launches, campaigns, TikTok Shop opportunities, and always-on brand storytelling

• Contribute ideas for hooks, visuals, repeatable formats, and content series

• Maintain a strong and consistent visual and editorial tone across channels

• Edit quickly and efficiently for fast social media turnarounds

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in social media content creation

• Strong experience creating TikTok-first content

• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition is strongly preferred

• Comfortable owning the full content process from ideation to final edit

• Confident both behind and in front of the camera

• Based in Los Angeles with the ability to collaborate closely and regularly with the local team.

• Able to create content in formats such as talking-head videos, interviews, direct-to-camera education, and voiceovers

• Strong understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok, including hooks, pacing, retention, and visual storytelling

• Strong creative eye for framing, lighting, editing, and overall content quality

• Organized, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple content needs at once

• Advanced editing skills, confidence working with professional camera equipment and filming setups are a strong plus

Tools / skills

• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Instagram Edits, or similar platforms

• Strong editing instincts for short-form social content

• Ability to create content that feels modern, educational, and culturally relevant without losing clarity
