Job Title: TikTok Affiliate Manager – TikTok Shop

Job Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company operating multiple brands across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC, is looking for a TikTok Affiliate Manager to build and scale a high-performing creator affiliate program. In this role, you will own affiliate recruitment, activation, and performance, while contributing to predictable, creator-driven revenue growth on TikTok Shop.
TikTok is a core growth channel for the business, and this role is critical in turning affiliates, UGC, and performance-based partnerships into a scalable revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment & Outreach
• Proactively source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates
• Run high-volume outbound outreach via TikTok, email, DMs, and affiliate platforms
• Identify creators who can convert content into sales, not just views
Affiliate Management & Scaling
• Manage day-to-day relationships with active affiliates
• Provide creators with clear briefs, hooks, offers, and talking points
• Track performance and double down on top-performing affiliates
• Reactivate inactive affiliates and continuously expand the program
Campaign Execution
• Launch and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate product seeding, samples, and offer structures
• Collaborate with creative and ads teams to identify winning content angles
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor GMV, creator ROI, conversion rates, and content velocity
• Maintain simple reporting on affiliate output and revenue impact
• Test commission structures and incentives to increase volume
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• 1–3+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates or creator programs
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and creator monetization
• Experience working with commission-based affiliate models
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in fast-paced eCommerce environments
Nice-to-Have:
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Background in DTC, Amazon, or performance marketing
• Experience managing creators at scale (50–500+ affiliates)
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):
• 50–100 active affiliates posting consistently
• A clear and repeatable affiliate onboarding system in place
• Predictable weekly GMV driven by affiliates
• Top-performing creators identified and scaled with incentive structures
