Binnen de business unit Claims & Advisory werken onze specialisten dagelijks aan schade-expertises, taxaties en advisering voor verzekeraars, bedrijven en overheden.

Voor ons team in Oosterbeek zijn wij tijdelijk op zoek naar een  tijdelijke backoffice medewerker die het team van taxateurs administratief en organisatorisch ondersteunt.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze tijdelijke functie ondersteun je de taxateurs en zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen taxateurs, klanten en de interne organisatie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Administratieve ondersteuning van taxateurs
• Aanmaken en beheren van offertes en dossiers in het systeem
• Opstellen, verwerken en controleren van rapportages en correspondentie
• Inplannen van afspraken en ondersteunen bij de planning
• Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en collega’s
• Ondersteunen bij documentbeheer en archivering
• Algemene secretariële en backoffice werkzaamheden

Wat breng je mee?

• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring in een secretariële of administratieve functie
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
• Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en servicegericht
• Je bent proactief en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden
