Role Summary
We’re hiring a TIG Welder (Stainless Steel) to assemble and weld components from technical drawings and deliver high-quality products that meet strict standards. You’ll work mostly independently (sometimes paired) within a QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) team alongside welders, press brake operators, deburrers and work planners to ensure safety, quality, and efficient lead times.
What You’ll Do
Assemble and TIG-weld thin-sheet stainless steel parts per technical drawings.
Gather components, build to spec, and verify quality requirements.
Perform adjustments/repairs for product changes or returns in coordination with Work Planners.
Keep a clean, safe, and organized workstation to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate within a QRM team to meet reliable lead times and quality goals.
Must-Haves
EU citizenship or valid Netherlands work permit.
English B1+ communication level.
Ability to read technical drawings and work independently with precision.
Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel, thin sheet).
Vocational background in structural fitting/welding (MBO level or similar) and 3–5 years relevant experience preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience with MIG/MAG (stainless steel).
Familiarity with QRM and OEM component production.
Flexibility to support repairs/adjustments for customer change requests.
