Westaff is hiring a Aluminum TIG Welder in Methuen, MA

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

7am - 3:30pm

$25-$28 based off experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum components
• Set up welding equipment, select appropriate filler rods, and adjust amperage and flow for aluminum welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to determine weld requirements.
• Inspect materials and completed welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting aluminum parts prior to welding.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Ability to weld a thickness of .060 (1/16")
• Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment.
