The Role:
Crypto Banter creates multiple design assets on a daily basis for our content platforms. These design thumbnails encapsulate the story in the most eye-catching, interesting manner and act as a marketing asset for each show. We are looking for an art director with crypto knowledge that can assist the design team in conceptualizing and executing these designs and thumbnails on a daily basis. This role requires experience and knowledge of crypto to understand stories or news events and translate that understanding into punchy, eye-catching and impactful thumbnails to be used and packaged with the content that is distributed.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Watches daily content on Crypto
• Watches the charts, daily
• Is an experienced art director or designer who knows how to brief a team
• Is a fellow degen!
• Watches Crypto Youtube channels regularly and understands the mechanics behind YouTube’s backend
• Strong understanding of click through rates
• Has strong copywriting and communication skills
• Can lead an international team of 5+ people with ease
• Hard worker and works well under pressure/time constraints
• Can turn crypto news stories into YouTube thumbnails (concept and execution)
Roles And Responsibilities:
• Lead a design team of 3 people
• Work alongside the art director lead
• Conceptualise designs ideas and manage executions
• Art directs and execution for any other projects
• Build a seamless and efficient design process
• Join morning calls to learn all news for that day (Relay stories to team)
• Work alongside stream team to ensure all assets are ready for shows
