Our Thrive Program supports children ages 1–5 with high sensory needs, providing
a nurturing, engaging environment where every child can succeed. We take a
collaborative approach by offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support
alongside Speech and Occupational Therapy, creating a powerful team dedicated to
each child’s growth.

Position Details:
Role: Thrive, Classroom Teacher
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Thrive classrooms at Building Kidz
Training Opportunity: ABA certification fully funded by us-a $1500 Value!
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Loves working with young children
Is patient, compassionate, and energetic, and wants to learn specialized strategies to support children with sensory needs
Is excited to grow professionally in a supportive team environment
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for up to 95% of the day
Assume posture at low levels, stoop, sit on the floor, and bend down numerous times per day
Agility to move from a seated to a standing position quickly to respond to children’s needs
Perform all activities with children for prolonged periods, such as dancing, jumping, running, and walking
Can perform all duties both indoors and outdoors
Possess acceptable hearing and vision capabilities to monitor the well-being of children
Work hours may vary to accommodate the needs of children and families
