Ready to step up and lead with confidence?

We’re looking for a motivated and capable Third in Charge to join our team at Newmarket store. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the floor, coaching the team, and keeping things moving – especially when leadership isn’t on-site.

It’s a great next step if you’re looking to grow your leadership skills while staying hands-on with the team and the customer experience.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Role – Third in Charge

Rostered Hours: 
Tuesday 11-7
Wednesday 11-7
Thursday 2-9
Friday 8:30-5
Saturday 11-7

Minimum Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $25  + bonus potential ! 

What your day will look like:

Supporting day-to-day operations and stepping in to lead shifts

Coaching and developing team members during your shifts

Driving sales and keeping your team energised and focused

Creating memorable customer experiences

Supporting a positive, inclusive store culture

Assisting with visual merchandising, stock, and store standards

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have retail experience and some leadership skills (or are ready to grow them!)

Are passionate about sales and great service

Lead by example and love working as part of a team

Are organised, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
