New Brunswick Counseling Center (NBCC) is a CARF-accredited, nonprofit provider of outpatient substance use and mental health services. We deliver respectful, high-quality care that supports recovery and wellness across our communities.
NBCC in Burlington is seeking a dedicated part-time licensed clinician (LSW or LAC) to join our compassionate, supportive team. If you’re passionate about evidence-based care and want to make a real impact, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments for mental health and substance use disorders
Develop person-centered treatment plans and deliver effective interventions
Provide individual and group counseling (in-person and via telehealth)
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and client progress
Support clients with coping skills, stress management, and recovery-focused goals
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (accredited program)
Active New Jersey licensure: LSW or LAC
Comfortable with EMRs and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
