What Makes This Role Unique
3-Day Workweek: Work one of our three 3-day therapy rotations (12-hour shifts offering full-time hours in 3 days!)
Purpose driven crisis work
Enhance your leadership skill set serving as a Team Lead to our interdisciplinary team of nurses, case managers, and peer support.
State of the art crisis stabilization model designed to meet clients where they are
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 7a - 7p Thursday, Friday and Saturday
What You'll Do
Provide therapeutic interventions during acute behavioral health presentations
Lead solution-focused counseling and crisis stabilization strategies
Complete assessments, safety planning, and crisis recovery plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support rapid stabilization
Bring clinical expertise and a calming presence to an environment that needs both

Requirements
Must be fully licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LADC/MH
