Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

Egnatia Aviation is one of Europe’s leading flight training academies, preparing the next generation of airline pilots through high-quality training and strong airline partnerships.

We are currently looking for a motivated Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKIs) to join our training team and contribute to the development of future professional pilots.

Your Role

As a TKI, you will deliver high-quality theoretical knowledge instruction, support student progress, and help instill the professionalism, aviation mindset, and operational discipline required in modern commercial aviation.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical knowledge instruction in accordance with EASA/GCAA regulations and approved training syllabi and Egnatia standards
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to support successful course completion
• Maintain accurate training documentation and records
• Promote aviation values such as airmanship, CRM, teamwork, TEM, and professionalism
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials

Requirements:
• Practical aviation background related to the assigned subjects or previous experience delivering Theoretical Knowledge instruction
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and support students
• Team-oriented mindset with good workload management, adaptability, and resilience
• Competency in the use of technology and digital learning tools, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
