ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This job required wide exposure both internal and external, not only with WD Corporate level but also routed, freight forwarding agents and other government authorities. The primary responsibility will be to manage and be responsible for risk assessments and supply chain security plans for Thailand or other relevant countries in accordance with global and local trade compliance policies such as US Customs (CBP), European Union (EU), Thai Customs, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), etc., including coordinating with Global Trade Operations (GTO) and Global Trade Compliance (GTC) to ensure all import and export processes comply with local and global trade regulations.
• Manage and responsible on supply chain security program related to Logistics all TH sites and follow to Global Trade compliance policy & Local such as U.S Customs Border and Protect (CBP), European Union (EU), Thai Customs, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), etc.
• Conduct and perform any external audits/ validations and assessment related Logistics supply chain security risk assessment program and Global Trade compliance for Thailand sites.
• Conduct on supply chain security risk Assessment internal audit in Thailand sites
• Create initiative project for improvement process of Supply chain security risk assessment Program and Local/Global Compliance.
• Perform self-assessment to government agencies in Thailand and related Counties.
• Cooperate with other government authorities in country and other related countries.
• Local Trade Compliance coordinator representative
• Any other job assigned by HOD/Director

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years related working experience in a high volume and continuous changing manufacturing Environment.
• Strong knowledge in supply chain security & Risk assessment filed 
• Strong Trade Compliance regulations
• Strong in Thailand Government regulations (such customs /IEAT/CAAT/DFT)

PREFERRED:

• Experience in the hard disk drive environment is an added advantage
• Experience in risk assessment / audit with EU and US
