• As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant at CADDI, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between our innovative manufacturing solutions and our prospective clients.
• You are not just a product expert; you are a strategic advisor who understands the deep-seated inefficiencies in the manufacturing supply chain.
• You will partner with Field Sales to diagnose customer "pain points," design high-impact use cases, and demonstrate how CADDI’s AI-driven platform transforms "dark data" into measurable ROI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with the Field Sales team to drive the technical sales cycle from initial discovery to successful trial/POC.
• Customized Demos: Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that speak directly to the customer’s specific operational challenges.
• Solution Architecture: Analyze complex customer workflows to identify gaps and introduce potential use cases where CADDI can provide immediate value.
• Value Engineering & ROI
• ROI Calculation: Develop data-driven financial models to quantify the impact of CADDI on a customer’s bottom line (e.g., reducing procurement costs, minimizing duplicate parts, and accelerating design cycles).
• Business Case Development: Help customers build internal buy-in by translating technical features into executive-level business outcomes.
• Account Management & Engagement
• Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including Procurement Heads, Engineering Managers, and CTOs.
• Continuous Engagement: Proactively check in with accounts to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure the solution remains aligned with their evolving business goals.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the customer and our Product team to ensure user feedback informs our future roadmap.
• Product & Domain Expertise
• Continuous Learning: Maintain an expert-level understanding of CADDI’s products and the underlying AI technology.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and manufacturing supply chain management.
Requirements:
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience: 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
• Possess a strong background either in SaaS business, CRM/MA/peripheral tools, or Manufacturing.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work with data and build logical, persuasive business cases.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills; the ability to make complex technology feel simple and urgent.
• A keen intellect, capable of advanced analytical and critical thinking, able to solve problems, and drive complex decision making.
• Person who is willing to get his/her hands dirty, take ownership to deliver results, do whatever it takes no matter how strategic or operational that work is.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and customer success.
• Native Thai and Professional English skills
• Able to drive to visit customer sites in upcountry areas
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in the manufacturing or relevant industry
• Proven sales experience in software industry
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Ability to multitasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project
• Japanese Language is plus but not required
