About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who will work with our in-house creative team to support the marketing department and various business units within the organisation.

You have a passion for visual communication, with an appreciation and understanding of the importance of a strong brand identity. You will play a key role in being a brand guardian for Doctor Anywhere, ensuring that all touch points are protected, and the brand is presented in-line with our brand identity and vision.

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand and reports directly to the Principal Specialist, Graphic Design.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

Develop thoughtful, high-quality visuals across online and print marketing channels — including static designs, video content, and motion graphics.

Edit impactful video assets for marketing, social media, and ad campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and visual coherence.

Create motion graphics and animated elements to elevate product explainers, campaigns, and brand communication.

Conduct independent creative research to generate fresh concepts, visual directions, and motion ideas.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, BD, and Clinic teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design and video solutions.

Plan, prioritise, and manage multiple creative requests efficiently.

Ensure brand consistency across all media touchpoints — static, video, and animated.

About you

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or equivalent, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in design, video editing, and/or motion graphics.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro/After Effects for video and motion work.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both compelling visual communication and engaging video/motion projects.

Creative, forward-thinking, and well-versed in current design and motion trends.

Able to conceptualize, synthesize, and express ideas clearly through static and animated media.

Experienced in designing for a range of formats including video, presentations, social content, print, and digital.

Experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment is a plus.

A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able  to work independently when required

Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there are always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
