About The Role

We are seeking a Clinic Admin who will be supporting the day-to-day reimbursement processing for our business.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment. You are passionate about learning new processes, keen to interact with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership for the work delivered.

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand and reporting to Finance Team Lead, Thailand

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

Quality:

Ensure that timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and targets.

DA Clinic Admin:

Manage patient records, data entry, and ensure accuracy of information.

Coordinate with doctors and nurses and ensure smooth patient flow.

Process payments, issuer receipts, handle billing and insurance documents

Maintain cleanliness, safety and readiness of the reception and administrative areas.

Monthly Stock count of Medication, Medication Supplies, office supplies and replace orders when needed.

Invoice & Billing Processing:

Monthly invoices to bill to insurance company with documents support for VC Part

Monthly invoices to bill to insurance company with documents support for DA Clinic Part

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies 

Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Continuous improvements:

Assist and support implementation of work project initiatives as when required.

Support in delivering automation effort across teams to simplify work processes

Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelines

Other Ad-hoc Tasks

About You

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration, Healthcare admin is a plus) 

Healthcare industry will be an added advantage

Knowledgeable and experienced in accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, audit and taxation

Proficiency in relevant accounting software preferably in APSX and MS office / G-suite applications

Meticulous, independent, proactive, responsible, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do

A good team player with high level of maturity and independence

Proficient in oral and written English will be an added advantage

A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.

Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
