• Monthly business reports in coordination with all sectors and functions
• Coordinate with all sectors with regard to applicable KPIs
• Issue the monthly consolidated report related to CRS functions
• Manage with all sectors / divisions for volume of clients’ orders / revenue / claims /…. etc.
• Follow up the sectors action for clients who stopped / reduced their volume of work.
• Coordinate with sectors the outstanding status
• Follow up clients' contacts of sectors (visits, calls, etc.)
• Carry out customer satisfaction surveys at planned intervals as per applicable procedures
-Bachelor of Textile Engineering is a must.
-Alexandria residents
-Textile Engineer Experience (1 to 3 years in corporate Textile Industry)
-Very Good English
-Computer skills should be excellent.
