Als Testmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begroten, plannen, inrichten en aansturen van complexe testtrajecten. Je gaat aan de slag bij onze klanten in uiteenlopende en uitdagende opdrachten. Daar definieer je de strategie, coördineer je de testuitvoering en informeer je stakeholders over de status en voortgang van alle testwerkzaamheden. Jouw hart gaat sneller kloppen als het gaat om het optimaal inrichten van testprocessen en aansturen van high performance test-/scrumteams.

Maar er is meer! Je adviseert en begeleidt klanten bij het verbeteren van hun testproces. Gevraagd én ongevraagd! Je weet wat er bij klanten speelt en realiseert samen met je collega’s de beste kwaliteit. Natuurlijk ben je goed op de hoogte van de Valori dienstverlening en je spot én creëert kansen bij onze klanten. Daarnaast volg je de ontwikkelingen en trends in het vakgebied, je hebt inhoudelijke kennis van testautomatisering en bent niet bang voor een flinke dosis techniek.
