Job Description

• Kenntnis von VKM und E-Antrieb in Bezug auf Funktion, akustische Eigenschaften,
• Beeinflussbarkeit
• Kenntnis von VKM und E-Antrieb im Fahrzeug
• Projekterfahrung in der Motor- und Antriebsentwicklung, Bauteilentwicklung
• Kompetenz für Virtuelle Entwicklungsmethoden, insbesondere für Ersatz Mechaniktest
• durch Virtuelle Erprobung
• Kompetenz für Verzahnungen Theorie, Bearbeitung und Berechnung
• Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit
• sehr gute Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrung für die Bereiche Mechanik und Akustik
• Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer Gewerke im Bereich
• Drehmomenterzeugungssystem (Verbrennungsmotoren, E-Antriebe, …)
• Selbstständige Durchführung der notwendigen Tätigkeiten, Versuche und Messungen.
• Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse, Interpretierung, Ableitung eines Fazits
• und Präsentation unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Arbeitsanweisungen
• Überwachung und Einhaltung des Projektzeitplans sowie die eigenverantwortliche
• Abarbeitung von Projekten, entsprechend des in diesem Lastenheft definierten Prozesses
• Regelmäßige Vorstellung des Projekt-Reifegrads in einem Projektgespräch mit beiden
• Vertragsparteien kurz und knapp auf Punkt gebracht inkl. Konsequenzen der Status Quo
• Einhaltung des Projektterminplans, rechtzeitige Kommunikation von Abweichungen,
• Erarbeiten von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung und ggf. Eskalation
• Sicherstellung der Transparenz zu den Aktivitäten
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der erforderlichen Software wie: Diagnosesoftware, Prüfstand
• und Fahrzeugspezifische Diagnose- und Messtechnik (z. B. ETAS, Concerto, Artemis
• Suite, Müller BBM PAK etc.)
• Kenntnis von Applikationseffekte auf Akustik
• Kenntnis von Möglichkeiten von Simulation auf Akustik

• eigenständige Fehlerdiagnose von Systemen und Bauteilen
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit / fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen und / oder englischen Sprache
