We are currently looking for Testing Manager for our UAE operations
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
• PMP / Agile certifications are an advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• 5+ years in a test management role for core banking or large enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Finacle core banking implementation or upgrades.
• Strong expertise in defect triage and defect lifecycle management.
Technical Skills
• Knowledge of core banking modules (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments).
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, etc.).
• Understanding of integration testing and data migration validation.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks is an advantage.
Leadership & Communication
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent reporting and presentation capabilities.
• Experience working with vendors and offshore teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Test coverage and defect leakage rates.
• Timely closure of high-severity defects.
• Successful completion of UAT and migration cycles.
• Production readiness and stability post-go-live.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in banking digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance environments.
• Experience in large-scale system migrations.
