Estandarización de procesos, soporte táctico a coaches y optimización mediante IA. Este rol actúa como el puente operativo entre el líder de la Disciplina de QA y los Quality Coaches. Su objetivo es asegurar que las estrategias de calidad se bajen a tierra, eliminando fricciones en el día a día y garantizando que todos los squads sigan un estándar de excelencia técnica y metodológica.

Responsabilidades Clave:

● Sincronización de Quality Coaches: Coordinar el trabajo de los coaches para asegurar que los estándares de calidad (manuales de buenas prácticas, políticas de gobernanza) se apliquen de forma consistente en todos los proyectos.

● Habilitación de Herramientas (Tooling & Onboarding): Gestionar y configurar el stack de herramientas (Jira, herramientas de IA para QA, frameworks de automatización) para que los equipos tengan todo lo necesario para operar sin fricción desde el día uno.

● Monitoreo de Salud de Calidad: Consolidar las métricas operativas de los diferentes equipos (Lead Time, densidad de defectos, cobertura) para reportar al líder del área el estado real de la calidad y el impacto de los coaches.

Hard Skills Requeridas:

● Gestión de Procesos: Dominio de metodologías ágiles y capacidad para documentar flujos de trabajo funcionales que sean fáciles de seguir por los equipos.

● Administración de ALM: Configuración avanzada de herramientas de gestión de pruebas (Xray, Zephyr o Azure DevOps) para asegurar la trazabilidad y el reporte automático.

● Facilitación y Mentoría: Habilidad para guiar a los coaches en la resolución de conflictos técnicos o bloqueos en sus respectivos squads.

Indispensables:

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en QA; ser profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas / Software o afines.

Indispensables certificaciones:

● Certificación ISTQB.
