Test Validation Engineer (UAV)

This role is based in the Kyiv region and is primarily office-based (4–5 days per week). Fully remote work is not available.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys working with data, ensuring system quality, and validating how things perform in real-world conditions.

In this role, you will focus on analyzing test results, reviewing logs from ground and flight tests, and ensuring that systems behave as expected. You’ll play a key part in validating system performance and helping identify inconsistencies before they become real issues.

You don’t need prior UAV experience — we’ll teach you. What matters most is your attentiveness to details, consistency, and ability to work with technical data.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Review and analyze logs from ground and flight tests

• Validate system behavior against expected results

• Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential issues

• Work with large volumes of telemetry and test data

• Document findings and report issues clearly

• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to share insights
