Job Description
Join EFT Mobility at a pivotal time as we revolutionize the future of electric transport, focusing on cutting-edge Electric Powertrain (EFT) solutions for high-reliability applications, including UAV power systems. We are a fast-growing, dynamic company where every engineer plays a direct, hands-on role in bringing our innovative, safety-critical products to life. If you thrive on ensuring product quality and solving complex, real-world problems, we want you on our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on V&V Engineer to be the final quality gate for our battery and charging systems. This critical role demands a holistic approach to testing, spanning from individual battery cells and power electronics to the complete system level. You will be essential in ensuring our products meet and exceed rigorous performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• System Validation & Testing: Plan and execute validation and verification tests for battery and charging systems (including BMS and power electronics) from cell level to full system level.
• Reliability & Environmental Testing: Conduct reliability, environmental, and EMC testing (e.g., HALT/HASS, temperature and humidity tests) to ensure robust performance under real-world conditions.
• Failure Analysis: Investigate field failures, reproduce issues in the lab, and support root cause analysis to drive design and process improvements.
• Test Automation & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain automated test routines and configure test environments (e.g., DAQ systems, sensors, HIL setups).
• Engineering Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with engineering teams, analyze and document test results, and derive actionable improvements.
