Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:

TCOE Test Engineering will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the GTO organisation to drive testing transformation as aligned with GTO’s overall strategy.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Tools Lead, the candidate will ensure the right testing tools are put in place and the usage of these tools will bring about measurable improvements in overall testing productivity, effectiveness and efficiency.

The candidate is expected to support best practice adoption across the GTO’s appointed test service providers in accordance with the organization’s standards.

• Test Tools L2 support, access management and maintenance

• Test Tools demand management and vendor engagement

• Provide technical support and maintenance of testing tools that are within the custody of TCOE

• Responsible for tool access, user management and tools certification

• Monitor and manage tools license usage, demand and supply; raise request for additional licenses as necessary

• New test tools evaluation and onboarding

• Point of contact for external tooling teams or product vendors

• Support and maintain the infrastructure related to the testing tools

• Support the best practices adoption in tool usage

• Co-ordinate with the testing tool vendors to understand the latest features of the tools and plan upgrades in the bank

• Work with the GTO’s appointed test service providers to understand the additional features required in the tools and co-ordinate with the tool vendors to bring in the new features to the bank

• Work with tools vendors and project testing team when there is a need to build a customisation and be responsible to get the customisation delivered and maintained

• Work with different teams within the bank for test engineering problem solving.

• Tosca scripting and administration

• Java, Python, Javascript, SQL

• Jenkins, CI/CD/CT, Git or BitBucket

• JIRA usage and configuration

• Loadrunner scripting and administration
