Test Technician (m/w/d) Semiconductor

Your tasks:

Preparation and execution of reliability tests for integrated devices
Testing of integrated devices using mass production tester environment
Setup of electrical test environment to drive semiconductor devices during reliability test
Troubleshooting for reliability and electrical tests
Report on reliability and electrical test results
Archiving reliability test hardware and software
Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
Close cooperation with reliability laboratories and product engineers to realize reliability demands

Your profile:

Electrician or electronic technician
Good knowledge of semiconductor/integrated devices
Good knowledge of testing integrated devices and start-up of reliability tests
Experience in programming electronic systems is beneficial
Good oral and written command in English and German
Strong team player with good communication skills
Working independently with good documentation capability
