Test Manager (Tricentis + SAP)

Duration: 6–8 months (project-based)

Responsibilities::
• Design and drive SAP-focused testing approaches aligned with project goals

• Orchestrate testing activities across SAP landscapes, including functional, integration, and UAT phases

• Supervise and support testing teams working on different SAP modules

• Leverage Tricentis solutions (e.g., Tosca) to enhance test execution and automation in SAP environments

• Safeguard test quality and ensure comprehensive coverage of critical SAP processes

• Track progress, risks, and issues, providing clear updates to stakeholders

• Work closely with business representatives and SAP experts to align testing with business needs

• Oversee defect handling and ensure timely resolution

Requirements::
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with solid exposure to Test Manager responsibilities

• Practical experience in SAP testing environments (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ECC)

• Strong working knowledge of Tricentis tools, especially in SAP-related use cases

• Understanding of core SAP processes and their business impact

• Confident communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• Analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Professional working proficiency in English and Hungarian

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
