Responsibilities::
• End-to-end planning and coordination of test management processes

• Development and maintenance of test strategies and test plans

• Monitoring and reporting of testing activities

• Liaising with business and IT stakeholders

• Leading and supporting testing team(s)

• Applying and optimizing Tricentis-based testing solutions

• Designing and developing automated testing processes (where relevant)

• Coordinating testing of SAP systems (if SAP experience is applicable)

Requirements::
• Several years of experience in test management or software testing

• Hands-on experience with Tricentis tools (e.g. Tosca)

• Knowledge of test management methodologies (e.g. ISTQB fundamentals are an advantage)

• Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• (For SAP-focused roles) experience in testing SAP systems

• (For automation expert roles) experience in test automation

Advantages::
• Possession of Tricentis certification(s)

• Experience in SAP projects

• Experience working in an enterprise environment

• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum / SAFe) environments

• English language proficiency (for professional work)

• In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks
