You will help define and implement test methodologies while coaching teams to achieve a robust quality standard. Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include: Setting the direction for quality engineering in your ART as part of a broader QA initiative across JYSK Ensuring a structured test approach with a shift-left mindset Planning and estimating testing efforts across different test activities Monitoring and controlling test activities Conducting quality risk assessment and defining test strategies Following up on the test process throughout the test lifecycle Setting up, maintaining, and reporting on quality metrics This is an on-site position at our Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark. You will provide expert guidance and leadership in securing a robust quality assurance framework grounded in proven test methodologies. Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who: Has experience in leading quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup Can advise teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on quality engineering practices Is strong in communication and able to engage effectively with different stakeholders Has solid knowledge of test methodologies and experience supporting test engineers and developers
