Zone IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Test Lead to oversee our software testing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and leading a team of testers.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in test planning, test case design, and defect management.
• Proficiency in testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, or QTP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• ISTQB certification is desirable.
