Your Role

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with technical stakeholders, and helping customers succeed at scale? Join emnify and play a key role in supporting and growing our customer base across the European IoT market, with a strong focus on German-speaking customers.

Working closely with your hiring manager, Mathias Muehlfelder, you will own and manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring they realise maximum value from emnify’s IoT connectivity platform. You’ll act as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle, balancing technical understanding with commercial awareness to drive long-term success.

You’ll work with innovative companies across logistics, energy, and other industrial verticals, collaborating closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, and Customer Success teams. In doing so, you’ll gain deep insight into the IoT ecosystem while contributing directly to how emnify scales and supports its customers.

Your Goals


Build strong, trusted relationships with your customers and become their primary point of contact at emnify


Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value through proactive engagement


Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by aligning customer needs with emnify’s solutions

Your Impact


Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers across the DACH region


Act as a trusted advisor to both commercial and technical stakeholders, guiding customers through complex use cases


Proactively monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to identify opportunities and mitigate risks


Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, and Network Access to advocate for customer needs


Help shape a collaborative, customer-centric culture and contribute to emnify’s long-term success

Your Skills


Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a strong advantage


Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a related role within IoT, telecom, SaaS, or technical environments


Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, customer-facing value


A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills


Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing internal and external stakeholders
